Baxter County's public money should be as easy to walk as a receipt, and its residents should have a clear, checkable way to be heard. This is the layer in between: where the money becomes navigable, where the community says what to prioritize and why, and where what the officials do with that signal is tracked in the open.
It computes and cites; it never takes sides. Every number links to its source. The arithmetic re-adds itself in public. It is independent and free — not a government website.
It was built first in Clark County, Arkansas, and generalized so any county could have the same thing on the same code, the same rules, and the same receipts. Baxter County is one of them. What it becomes here is up to the people who live here.
